Love coffee, but don’t have time to sit down, sip and enjoy? Need to be somewhere early in the morning , but don’t have for breakfast? Then this is the perfect recipe for you! After being told by a friend about this tasty concoction, I tried it myself and was deliciously surprised. To me, it tasted like a healthier version of a Starbucks latte. What makes this shake great is that you get your coffee fix while being satiated by the protein powder and coconut oil, all in just a few minutes!
- 1-2 scoops protein powder (I use Orgain [Organic & Vegan] Creamy Chocolate)
- 1/2-1 tablespoon Vita Coco Coconut Oil
- 8-12 ounces brewed coffee, black
- Handful of ice
Instructions: Mix all ingredients in blender and enjoy! Best to consume shortly after mixing.
